Why do I and other women and men fall in love with people who are not in love with us? I remember watching the movie 13 going on 30 and the character, Becky asks the same question. What's up with that? and the guys that care about us we don't want at all. i would like some feedback from the LOA community. Can I end up winning him in the end? I want him so much. His name is Peter by the way. Is there any way I can get him to love me back or do I have to settle?

Upon reviewing "In Love Alone"..... sometimes we need to ask ourselves... why do we fall for the men who don't seem to want us. Do we feel safer that way?. Do we see ourselves as lovable? Or, is it sometimes similar to it is always "greener on the other side of the fence"? Sometimes what we don't have, or can't seem to acquire seems somehow so much more desirable.

We deal with this question quite often. It really isn't a matter of settling or trying to get him to love you back. It takes much soul searching. Why do you think you are attracted to someone who "isn't into you"? As women we often do that and there are underlying reasons, sometimes we unintentionally fall for people we think are out of our reach and that is due to limiting beliefs. Have you tried making a list of the qualities you want in a man… I am guessing that Peter has many of these qualities, but really go deep into your list. You never have to settle.
